Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal agreement between you and RAJENDRA KUMAR SHUKLA (Proprietor of Vistans Technologies), hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "Company." By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, including the VeloCab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using our services immediately.

Description of Service

VeloCab is a comprehensive travel management and transportation platform designed to facilitate ride-sharing, booking, and travel coordination services. The platform integrates multiple transportation options and booking functionalities to streamline the user's travel experience. By using VeloCab, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and scope of these services and agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms outlined herein.

User Obligations and WhatsApp Policies Compliance

As a user of VeloCab, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of our services. You explicitly agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies in all communications conducted through WhatsApp integration on the VeloCab platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Adhering to WhatsApp's messaging standards and frequency guidelines.
• Respecting user privacy and consent requirements as set by Meta/WhatsApp.
• Not using WhatsApp messaging for unsolicited marketing or spam communications.
• Maintaining data security and confidentiality as per WhatsApp Business guidelines.
• Complying with all restrictions on automated or bulk messaging.

Violation of Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies may result in account suspension, termination of service, or legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vistans Technologies and RAJENDRA KUMAR SHUKLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VeloCab or these Terms. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of our services in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably agree that all disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms, your use of VeloCab, or your relationship with Vistans Technologies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
